The owner of this 1972 Triumph GT6 brought it in to see if we would take the project on, which we did. There was a good amount of work that needed to be done on this car, starting with the frame and drive line. We repaired the frame and had it powder coated to protect against future corrosion.
We then assembled the drive line per owners request. Afterwards, we gave the rolling chassis and body to the body shop for paint. After the Triumph came back to us painted, we assembled the body. Then we did the final assembly of the car and fixed any bugs we came across.
This 1972 Triumph GT6 has gone on to win multiple awards at numerous car shows. This Triumph is stock but modified, with a performance enhanced motor, upgraded suspension, triple carbs, along with a performance head and camshaft.
This Triumph also has overdrive, premium paint and upholstery. Its a beautiful car to look at, and it handles wonderfully as well. The owner also provided us with quite a few photos of the car, seen in this post. There are also more photos in the gallery below.
